Behaviour Bond

Upon arrival, a £300 damage deposit per apartment is required, which must be paid by card. This deposit is taken as a pre-authorisation and will be returned to your card within 3-5 working days after your departure date. (PLEASE NOTE: Internet banks such as Monzo/Starling can take up to 30 days to process the bond back to your account). Please also note that all apartments will be inspected upon check-out.

Sleeping Arrangements

Each apartment has a mix of different types of beds - double beds, single beds, and sofa beds. You'll find out the exact layout upon arrival.  Apartments vary from sleeping 6-14 people in each one.
